About Judo
In 1882 Judo was derived from a range of martial arts predominant in Japan, the most influential being Jiujitsu. Judo is a fantastic and dynamic combat sport that requires physical prowess and mental discipline. It is an upright and on the ground sport which requires you to lift and throw you opponent onto their back or hold and pin then on the ground. Judo does not include kicking or punching!
